Rela is a versatile and experienced counselling therapist who works with psychodynamic, spiritual or integrative approaches according to each client's preferences and suitability.

She completed an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling (based on the ideas and techniques of Psychoanalysis) and is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has worked at a counselling centre, an NHS hospital and a primary school.

Combined with her earlier training in hypnotherapy and healing, Rela has successfully integrated creative meditation (visualisation) and channelling into her counselling sessions upon the client's request. She has worked with many individuals and groups.

Hypnotherapy Past Life Therapy & Healing

Past Life Therapy is a brilliant integration of Western psychotherapy and the Eastern philosophy of reincarnation as a journey of soul. Rela, a Londoner of Japanese origin, specialises in Past Life Regression including Future Life Progression and access to the Bardo state (between lives).

This therapy does not require a belief in reincarnation, as any past life, like images, can be regarded as symbolic and metaphoric stories from your present inner psyche (including sub/unconscious). By exploring your soul stories, you would identify your own repetitive negative patterns, understand the cause, heal and alter them into more desirable patterns. You may also identify significant souls, such as family members (parents, children, siblings), lover, partner, friends, rivals, enemies, and so on, in your past life stories.

Past Life Therapy can deal with all kinds of issues including:

emotional/psychological problems, chronic physical symptoms,
habits, phobias, disorders,
Karma (relationship patterns) with other people,
talents, potentials and purpose of life .

This is also a good way to develop a creative and intuitive mind.

Fees:

Counselling in person: £50 for 50 minutes between 9 am to 5 pm. £60 after 5 pm. Counselling by telephone/Skype is also available.

Past Life Therapy: £80 for 110 minutes

Hypnotherapy: £70 for 80 minutes

Some concessions are available for longer term counselling/therapy.
