I’m inspired by “here and now”, everyday spirituality and my passion in life is developing people. For the past 20 years after a senior career in Human Resources, I have been a psychotherapist, GP Counsellor, executive coach and psycho-spiritual workshop facilitator offering personal development workshops with my husband, John Gloster-Smith. Using the framework of Emotional Intelligence, we also offer a range of services to business. I am told that I bring humour, directness, insight and compassion to all my work as well as an ability to present complicated concepts in an easy to understand, down to earth manner.
