Leah is an Artist, Teacher and Psychosynthesis practitioner, qualified by the Institute of Psychosynthesis. She is a Senior Dance Movement Therapist, who uses
Movement Awareness, Creative Arts including Masks. Her sources are Dance, Feldenkrais, T'aiChi Chuan, Chi Kung, BMC: Body - Mind - Centering, Authentic Movement. She works Internationally and has co-authored two books:
Movement Awareness and Creativity, and The Metaphoric Body.

My way is to draw on the holding form of Myths, Fairy Tales and Archetypal Figures to facilitate personal change, enrich creativity, leading to more fulfilled lives by increased confidence and self-expression.

Inspired by Art and ancient role models we explore the function and meaning of our bodies, the space we occupy on earth and continue into the realms of the past to explore the meaning of walking on this earth with the feet of 'Gods and Goddesses'.

It is always about creating a safe space, for each person to find their own Identity, Protection and Balance.

I invite participants to move, dance, paint and write together; to live from the inspiration of the soul.
