Personal History:
I was brought up with the Feldenkrais Method and it has always been a big part of my life, so it was natural for me to continue this work, which I have been doing for the last 25 years. I now design and conduct training programs at The Academy for Feldenkrais Training and Applications which I co-founded with Mia Segal. I live in London and practice at Violet Hill Studios.

Work Description:
The Feldenkrais Method helps restore fluidity and ease to
areas of difficulty, teaching optimal organization of the self, improving function on every level, restoring mobility and ensuring injury-free activities.
