Jungian Therapy and the Transpersonal approach.

This approach to life's crises, blocks, fears and difficulties is an education in itself.Looking at dreams, symptoms, fantasies and fate can help a person understand what the soul's purpose behind their problem might be. Issues that bring a person along for therapy range widely, from relationship problems, eating disorders, sexual issues, depression, trauma and existential angst to phobias, compulsions,panic and addictions. Each of these can be a path or initiation that leads the way to discovering your own heroic journey toward wholeness.

What happens in Transpersonal Therapy.

As well as meaningful focused dialogue, the transpersonal method embraces visualisations, meditations, art-work and psychodrama. Transpersonal therapy can stabilise and help contain an individual when they feel fearful or confused, by helping them to face the "unfaceable" or express that which can feel inexpressable. This is done in a safe, congruent environment and it can, and should, be a thrilling exploration of the mythic realms of the psyche, which is utterly transformative.

Shamanic Workshops.

I run weekend workshops on shamanic practice, including the traditional and time honoured methods of journeying to the upper and lower worlds, soul retrieval, shamanic healing, rock-seeing and journeying to find power animals, power songs and spirit guides.
